“In you eyes faint
As a singing of a lark
That somehow this black night
Feels warmer for the spark
To hold us until the day
When fear will lose its grip
And Heaven has its ways
Heaven knows
No frontiers
And I’ve seen Heaven in you eyes”
(Jimmy McCartty)
In this space we share and defend the ideas of a world with no frontiers, (especially when it comes to teaching in our case…). So we must always keep in mind what is like to defend what we believe, it means fighting for it. It is a tough fight and a difficult and noble decision if we face it. And when we achieve victory we’ll also achieve freedom and freedom is power. Power to communicate, power to respect and be respected, power to help more than what we already do, power to make good and responsible decisions for a common good, power to take our dream to more people than we could ever imagine. And please, it is not our will to make of this power our own destruction. Otherwise we would had wasted every single drop of sweat and blood we shed when fighting what we were/are fighting for. If that’s so, what do we gain with achieving freedom and power to others? What more can we get besides the knowledge of being part of something as great as somebody else’s education?
