Every human being needs to eat in order to survive.A balanced diet is crucial in order to keep fit and healthy. Unfortunately, food habits are changing and it is estimated that 60% of young people are overweight or obese. More and more children have a poor diet because of too much caloric food of low nutritional value. Most developed countries are facing a very serious national problem: the diseases related to food habits are increasing - cancer, cardiovascular problems, diabetes, strokes and obesity. And fast food is responsible for a growing number of children with big problems.
